Founder and director, Jonathan Needham, has over 35 years expericence in the property industry and has built a trustworthy and reliable business located in the heart of Wiltshire. 

 

We have developed and expanded the business over the years and have continually added new services to enhance the product range.

 

In 2020, Nick Farrow was appointed as a Director. Nick oversees the office and inventory side of the business.

Jonathan Needham

Founder/Director

Starting the business in 2003, Jonathan has over 35 years of experience in the property industry. Having started in estate agency, he moved into relocation services and spent over 15 years delivering to some of the largest Global Corporates prior to setting up the Company. Jonathan oversees all aspects of Sideview Homsearch Ltd. When time allows, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing the occasional round of golf.

Nick Farrow

Director

Joining the business in 2020, Nick oversees the office and inventory side of the business. Nick has studied for a degree in Business and Management and spent 10 years working in the service delivery sector. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his young family.

Michelle Anthony

Co-ordinator 

In addition to Michelle supporting both Jonathan and Nick with the day the day running of the business, she also co-ordinates the use of our small team of inventory clerks and additional homesearch consultants. Michelle is a working mum and splits her time between a busy home and office life.
