Inventories and Check-Outs
Inventories, check-ins and check-outs are essential to any tenancy. The reports needs to be accurate, detailed and easy to read for all involved. We work with lettings agents and landlords to ensure these meet with expectations and are delivered in a timely manner.
For the inventory, we will liaise with the lettings agent or landlord to produce an accurate and detailed inventory report with high quality images of the property, including the gardens, outbuildings and garages. This report includes a statement of condition, inlcuding level of cleaning, state of gardens and checks on all smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
For the check-in, if required, meet the tenant at the property to handover the keys and go through the inventory for sign off.
For the check-out, we will liaise with the lettings agent, landlord and tenant to arrange a suitable time and date to produce a check-out report which will note any dilapidations and differences from the original inventory and give a fair evaluation of the dilapidations which are within ARLA guidelines.
